Acrylic on Canvas, 10 x 14 inches. This was inspired by a painting by the American impressionist painter, Edward Potthast. The Potthast painting is “Sailboats off Far Rockaway, c. 1912. I had a lot of trouble with the sky, so I changed it to what you see in my painting.
