Acrylic on canvas, 16 x 24 inches. The inspiration for this painting was our frequent trips to Jekyll Island, Georgia. One of more than 10 barrier islands, Jekyll is a state part, with residential and commercial development on a limited part of the island. Docking of sail boats is a common scene at Jekyll, and this painting is based on a photo that I took.
